Frequently Asked questions

  •  Can men enter?

    • Of course. Men can definitely register in the lottery and run. Every finisher, men and women, will receive the same necklace and swag, although there is an option for a men’s lululemon finisher’s shirt.

  • Will there be pacers?

  • If I can’t run for any reason, can I give or sell my bib to someone else?

    • Name transfers can only be made for a $35 fee and must be done by November 1. To transfer, go to your RunSignup profile, find the event under upcoming events, and click Manage Registration, then scroll to the bottom and click Transfer to Someone Else.

  • Are my lottery chances better if I register as a team?

    • We will try to accommodate teams first, but single lottery registrations still have a very good chance.

  • If I can’t run or find someone to transfer my bib to, can I get a refund?

    • Unfortunately no. All sales are final and non-refundable. Sorry…no exceptions.

  • Can I exchange my lululemon shirt at a lululemon store?

    • Unfortunately no. You cannot exchange your silk screened finisher’s shirt or any other lululemon merchandise that has been branded with the USA Women’s Half Marathon. If your finisher’s shirt is the wrong size, we will have an exchange tent at the finish line from 9:00am - 12:30pm.

  • What about my necklace? Can I exchange my finisher’s necklace for a different one?

    • That is also a “no-no”. Please do not go into the store to try and exchange your necklace. These finisher’s necklaces are designed just for this race and the “partnered” jeweler will not exchange them. You can, however, purchase additional items or a different chain.

  • If I don’t run or can’t make the race, can I still get my swag and/or necklace and shirt?

    • The finisher’s shirt and finisher’s necklace are for “finishing” the race. While we realize the swag is incredible, you do have to “earn” it. That is why we are giving you the opportunity to transfer your bib to someone else so you don’t lose out on a big ticket item.
